K-VIBE uses the information described below to provide Seoul travel-planning content and, when enabled, a requested personalized itinerary.

Information we process

If you request a paid itinerary, we process your email address and the travel choices you submit, such as your region, starting area, interests, and preferred route balance. Polar processes checkout information. Travel choices, without your email address, are sent to OpenAI to generate the itinerary. Resend processes the email address and report to deliver the requested email. Cloudflare stores a temporary checkout reference and report so we can confirm payment and provide delivery retries.

Pending checkout information is normally retained for up to 24 hours. Paid request records and generated reports are retained for up to 14 days, then expire. We do not create K-VIBE user accounts.

Cookies and Google advertising

Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads. Depending on your settings and location, Google may also serve non-personalized ads.

Purpose and choices

We use submitted information to provide checkout, generate and deliver the itinerary, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the service. Do not enter sensitive personal information into planner fields. You may use browser settings to manage or delete cookies; disabling cookies may affect advertising and some website functions.

Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If an authorized Instagram Graph API connection is enabled, K-VIBE may cache a limited sample of public hashtag captions, links, and timestamps for up to 90 days as discovery context. This is not a platform-wide trend ranking or a measure of popularity.

Third-party services

Polar, OpenAI, Resend, Cloudflare, Google, and other advertising partners may process information as described in their own privacy notices and under applicable law. Their services may process information in countries outside your own.

Privacy requests and updates

For a privacy request about a purchase, reply to your Polar receipt and include the email address used at checkout. We will respond as required by applicable law and retain transaction records when legally necessary. Before accepting public orders, the operator must add a working contact channel and the seller details required for the markets served. We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change; the current version will be published on this page.
