K-VIBE uses trip preferences to build a Seoul place plan. The current Trip Pass flow uses deterministic, source-linked place matching; it does not send Trip Pass preferences to a conversational AI model.
Information we process
Trip setup and the free first-day preview are calculated in your browser. When you start a Trip Pass checkout, K-VIBE sends your receipt email and selected Seoul trip preferences (interests, pace, duration, and optional trip settings) to Cloudflare Pages. Polar processes checkout information and card details; K-VIBE does not receive card numbers. Cloudflare stores the pending checkout for up to 24 hours. After a signed Polar payment webhook confirms the one-time US$4.99 Trip Pass, the trip record is retained for up to 30 days so the same browser can retrieve the paid plan. No K-VIBE account is created.
An essential __Host-kvibe-trip-pass HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie binds the verified plan to the browser that started checkout. It is not an advertising cookie and is not readable by page JavaScript. Saved trips are stored locally on your device; copied share links and saved trips include only the free first-day preview. K-VIBE does not currently send Trip Pass plans by email.
Separate, older report or video beta endpoints may use additional providers and retention periods if explicitly enabled for a test. This Trip Pass checkout does not call those services. K-VIBE does not create user accounts.
Cookies and Google advertising
Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads. Depending on your settings and location, Google may also serve non-personalized ads.

Purpose and choices
We use submitted information to provide checkout, generate and deliver the itinerary, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the service. Do not enter sensitive personal information into planner fields. You may use browser settings to manage or delete cookies; disabling cookies may affect advertising and some website functions.
Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If an authorized Instagram Graph API connection is enabled, K-VIBE may cache a limited sample of public hashtag captions, links, and timestamps for up to 90 days as discovery context. Meta processes requests for that public content. This is not a platform-wide trend ranking or a measure of popularity.
Third-party services
Polar, OpenAI, Resend, Cloudflare, Meta (only when the optional Instagram connection is enabled), Google, and other advertising partners may process information as described in their own privacy notices and under applicable law. Their services may process information in countries outside your own.
